Caliber Collision Will Merge With ABRA Auto Body & Glass

Caliber Collision is a multi-site operator of auto body collision repair centers with over 1,000 locations. Its primary focus is providing insurance companies with repair solutions that increase customer satisfaction and policyholder retention while reducing the costs of claims processing. The company was acquired by H&F in April 2019 and merged with ABRA Auto Body & Glass. It is now a $4 billion company with a diverse portfolio of brands. The merger will allow it to better serve its customers and improve the bottom line.

The acquisition of Caliber Collision Centers by ONCAP was a strategic move for the company. The auto body repair center operator was the largest non-franchise operator in the U.S., with 129 locations in California, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Colorado. The company served insurance carriers through Direct Repair Programs (DRPs), which provide customers with preferred pricing arrangements at participating collision centers. The company also provided superior customer service. Over 85% of its revenue came from DRPs.

Caliber Collision Centers are part of a national network of more than 12,000 locations. Founded in 1998, it has helped thousands of consumers with their auto repairs. It also offers towing and lifetime warranties. Besides auto repair, the company also provides on-site car rentals and insurance mediation services. And it’s one of the few collision repair facilities that offer these services. The merger of Abra and Caliber will help to increase their market share and create even more customer satisfaction.

On April 9, 2013, Caliber Collision Centers and Abra Auto Body Repair of America announced that they were merging to provide superior customer service to both groups. Combined, their combined businesses will offer a world-class collision repair experience to insurance companies and individuals. And the merger will further improve their ability to serve customers, as well as their insurance clients. It will also help the two companies meet industry standards in the collision repair industry.

Caliber Collision Centers and Abra Auto Body Repair of America have merged to provide better service to customers. They will combine their expertise to provide the best possible results to their clients. The merger will result in a more comprehensive approach for the repair industry, allowing them to better serve their insurance clients. This will result in a higher level of customer satisfaction. This merger will ensure that both companies remain in the business for a long time.

A Caliber RM communicated with Ms. **** as soon as her vehicle was repaired. She was surprised at the speedy turnaround time. She was pleasantly surprised that the company waived her deductible and delivered her car to her. SheWas happy with the service, but she was unhappy with the amount of damage that was not repaired. She did not report the damage to her insurance company, but the insurance provider still repaid Caliber for the repair.
